Levels


3 - 18 months. Aqua-baby

Level 1 – Nemo splashes (ages between 3 – 18 months)

Slasher’s is a great way to introduce babies aged between 3-18 months old to the water. Parents get in on the fun by participating with their children. The goal of Slasher’s is to make children and parents comfortable in the water together, and most importantly to learn how to splash with arms and legs!



18 months - 3 years. Aqua-tot

Level 2 – Ariel Bubblers (ages between 18 months -3 years)

Ariel Bubblers is for children aged between 18 months - 3 years old. The child will be introduced to new movements in the water, including holding the wall, kicking feet, and blowing bubbles.



3-6 years- Beginners (novice)

Level 3 –Sea Horse Bobbers (ages between 3-6 years)

Sea horse bobbers, is for children aged between 3- 6 years old who are beginners. The Child is encouraged to attend without a parent. In Sea horse bobbers’ level, we'll continue to introduce fun activities in the water to activate the movements that will eventually lead to swimming. The child will be comfortable having his face in the water, and will learn basic movements while being coached.


Level 4 – Pumpkin Floaters (ages 3-6 years)

Pumpkin Floaters is for children aged between 3-6 years old who have completed Sea Horse Bobbers or other equivalent levels. In Pumpkin Floaters’ level, we introduce floating and gliding, and continue to practice other movements. Through structured activities and play, children will also become comfortable submerging themselves under water.


Level 5 –Spike Gliders (ages 3-6 years)

Spike Gliders is for children aged between 3-6 years old and have completed Pumpkin Floaters or other equivalent level. In Spike Gliders, the child will combine kicking with gliding to learn how to propel themselves through the water, prone position in water, floating, and gliding.



6-12 years old- Advanced beginner Level

Blast 1 – Otter (ages 6-12 years)

Otter level is for beginner swimmers aged between 6-12 years old. Otter level will teach the swimmer the basics of pool safety, going underwater, and gliding on the front and back. Otter level will teach the swimmer how to stay safe in the water and to develop his swimming skills.


Blast 2 – Seal (ages 6-12 years)

Children 6-12 years old who have completed the Otter level or who have equivalent skills. Seal level will further develop the skills of gliding, kicking, and submerging.


Blast 3 – Dolphin (6-12 years)

Dolphin is for swimmers aged between 6-12 years old who have completed Seal or other equivalent level. The swimmer will be introduced to swimming on his front, back, and underwater.


Blast 4- Shark:

The swimmers will combine all the skills they have learned so far to swim on their front and back unaided for a distance of 10 meters. The The swimmer will also learn to jump into and float in deep water unassisted, and will be able to start kicking for streamline position.


Blast 5 - Sailfish:

Swimmers will be able to perform streamline drills in addition to underwater swimming for a distance of 15 meters, superman position and side breathing.



6-12 years- Competent Level- Intermediate

Whale one:

The swimmer will be introduce to the front and back crawl as well as underwater swimming. The swimmer at this level will have achieved a foundation of swimming skills and will be able to front swim a distance of 25 meters.


Whale two:

The swimmer will start learning crawl on board for a distance of 20 meters plus back streamline.


Whale three:

The swimmer is swimming crawl and back for 15 meters plus ding some drills.



Stars 6-12 years (intermediate proficient)

Star 1

Star 1 is for swimmers aged between 6-12 years old who have completed the Swimmer level in our Learn to swim program. In this class, the swimmer will continue to develop front and back crawl technique


Star 2

Star 2 is for swimmers aged between 6-12 years old who have completed Star 1 or who show an equivalent skill level. At this level we focus on the breaststroke kick, crawl back technique, and endurance.


Star 3

Star 3 is for swimmers aged between 6-12 years old who have completed Star 2 or who show an equivalent skill level. In this level the swimmer will focus on advanced drills for crawl in addition to bras swimming.


Star 4

Star 4 is for swimmers aged between 6-12 years old who have completed Star 3 or who show an equivalent skill level. In this level we will help the swimmer to focus on the sidestroke, the dolphins kicks and starts the butterfly.


Star 5

Star 5 is for swimmers aged between 6-12 years and older who have completed Star 4 or who show an equivalent skill level. In this level, the swimmer will be introduced to the butterfly stroke.


Star 6

Star 6 is for swimmers starting the age of 6 years old who have completed Star 5 or show an equivalent skill level. Swimmers will learn to swim two swims with the related techniques according to FINA rules


Star 7

Star 7 is for swimmers starting the age of 6 years old who have completed Star 6 or show an equivalent skill level, and have a strong interest in pursuing more advanced aquatics certifications, and are able to swim the four techniques perfectly.



Preparation for the team and transition period for competition: Elite, Expert, Master Swimmers.

Swimmer 1

After finishing all levels, the swimmers will start combining between training with the school and training with the team once or twice supplementary times to his basics sessions. The swimmer will learn the discipline of the team, how to follow others, the swimming language and apply the tests under ProSwim Academy standards.


Swimmer 2

The swimmer will be adding more training sessions to the team and one session at the school the school to make sure that he’s swimming the proper techniques and ready to pass the IM test.


Swimmer 3

The swimmer will be adding more sessions to the team and doing one session at the school just to make sure that he’s doing the proper technique and ready to pass the IM test. In addition to a test in zone C which will qualify him to become part of the team. The swimmer will officially move from the school group to become part of ProSwim team who participates in competition, where the hard work starts.
